IBPS Specialist Officers-III CWE Online Exam 2013 - Apply Online !!

IBPS( Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has issued official announcement for common written Exam 2014 for recruitment of Specialist Officers in 20 public sector banks.
IBPS Conducted Second CWE Exam for specialist officers in 19 public sector banks in March 2013 for which Common Interviews were conducted in May - June 2013 and selection process was completed in July 2013, thanks to the new Common Interviews system that has made the process easier for both Candidates and Participating Banks.
Now IBPS has came up with the Third Phase of Specialist Officers CWE in 2014. The posts covered in this common exam are as follows :-
  • I.T. Officer (Scale-I ) (Post Code - 1)
  • Agricultural Field Officer (Scale - I)(Post Code - 2)
  • Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale - I)(Post Code - 3)
  • Law Officer (Scale - I )(Post Code - 4)
  • HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I)(Post Code - 5)
  • Marketing Officer (Scale - I)(Post Code -6)
  • I.T. Officer (Scale - II)(Post Code -7)
  • Law Officer (Scale - II)(Post Code -8)
  • Chartered Accountant (Scale - II)(Post Code -9)
  • Manager Credit / Finance Executive(Scale - II)(Post Code -10)

Process of Selection

Candidates passing this Common Online exam will afterwards be called for Common Interview. Candidates passing the Common Interview will be called for selecting preference among banks and finally, candidates will be allotted to participating banks in order of preference and merit.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.11.2013)
  •  I.T. Officer (Scale-I) .
    • Age to be between 20 - 30 Years,
    • 4 year Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation.
      OR,
      Post Graduate Engineering Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications.
      OR,
      Graduate having passed DOEACC 'B' level 
    • No Experience required.
  •  Agricultural Field Officer (Scale-I)
    • Age to be between 20 - 30 Years,
    • Should have completed A Degree in any Agricultural Trade,
    • No Experience required.
  •  Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale - I)
    • Age to be between 20 - 30 Years,
    • Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level
      OR,
      Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.
    • No Experience required.
  • Law Officer (Scale - I )
    • Age to be between 20 - 30 Years,
    • Should have completed A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council,
    • No Experience required.
  •  HR/Personnel Officer (Scale - I )
    • Age to be between 20 - 30 Years,
    • Graduate and Post Graduate degree/diploma in diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR/Social Work / Labour Law.
    • No Experience required.
  • Marketing Officer (Scale - I )
    • Age to be between 20 - 30 Years,
    • Graduate and MBA (Marketing) / Full time 2 years PGDBA / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing.
    • No Experience required.
  • I.T. Officer (Scale - II)
    • Age to be between 21 - 45 Years,
    • 4 year Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics &
      Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation.
      OR,
      Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications 
      OR
      ,
      Graduate in any trade having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.
    • Experience required - Minimum 02 (two) year.
  • Law Officer (Scale - II)
    • Age to be between 21 - 40 Years,
    • Should have completed A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB),
    • Experience required - Minimum 03 Years of service in legal dept of any public sector firm,
  • Chartered Accountants (Scale - II)
    • Age to be between 21 - 35 Years,
    • Passed final examination for Chartered Accountants,
    • No Experience required
  • Manager Credit / Finance Executive (Scale - II)
    • Age to be between 25 - 35 Years,
    • Graduate and CFA/ ICWA/ Full time MBA/ Full time PGDBM (Finance)
    • Experience required - Minimum 02 Years of service in Credit Appraisal of industrial projects in Financial Institutions/Banks,
  • Age Relaxation Criteria
    • For SC/ST - 5 Years,
    • For OBC - 3 Years,
    • For PWD - 10 Years,
    • For Ex-Serviceman - 5 Years
  • For Posts Other than IT Officer (Scale - I and II), Computer Literacy Certificate is Required.
  • Apply for Only One Post, many applications by a single candidate won't be accepted.
Online Test Pattern
The written test will be conducted online which will have 200 questions for a total of 200 marks and to be done in 120 minutes. The structure

There is Negative Marking for wrong answers of 0.25 of the total marks for the question.

How to Apply

Application Fee is Rs.100/- (SC/ST/PWD) or Rs. 600/- (others).
Payment can be done only through Online Mode
Payment of fees via the ONLINE MODE
  •  The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
  •  The payment can be made by using only Master/ Visa Debit/Credit cards/Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.
  •  On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated whose print out have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of written examination.
Candidates have to bring following documents at the time of test:-
  •  Call Letter
  •  Original fee payment receipt (e-receipt)
  •  Original photo-identity proof (And a Photocopy)
